Governance
How we are governed
Wonthaggi Neighbourhood Centre is a not-for-profit organisation, run by and for the local community. Our day-to-day work is guided by a volunteer Committee of Management, elected by our members at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee sets our direction, looks after our finances and makes sure the Centre stays true to its purpose.
We take good governance seriously. Our plans, policies and procedures are openly available so members, funders and the wider community can see how the Centre is run and how decisions are made. You can read some of our key documents below.
