Become a Member

Membership: We encourage everyone to become Members: the annual fee is $20.00 ($15 for concession card holders) per individual and $30.00 ($20 concession) per family. Membership helps the Centre to remain viable and continue to serve the community in several ways. Members receive copies of the Grapevine Program and the Connections Newsletter four times each year and a reduced rate for activities ($4.00). Members are of course eligible to attend and vote at the Annual general Meeting.

Fees For Learnshare For Non Members

The fee for attending a Learnshare activity for non members remains at $6.00 per session. We know that even though our fees are low, if there are a number of activities you’d like to do each week, costs can start adding up! To help reduce the financial squeeze we’ve introduced a new system: If you do two LearnShare activities in any one week – the third or subsequent LearnShare activity in that same week is FREE!

Bookings

All our activities are planned according to availability of our LearnShare facilitators and other tutors. Bookings are required for all activities unless specifically stated. We know that sometimes you can enrol for a future activity only to find that as the date nears you have another commitment. In this instance it’s important to call and let us know of your cancellation as a number of our activities will only proceed if there are sufficient enrolments and facilitators need to be informed.
